Nomination Criteria

Nominees may include any former graduates, associates, and faculty/staff members of Indiana Academy. The nominees described can include those who are no longer living.

Viable candidates are those who have displayed loyalty to their school and have done something during their lifetime that is noteworthy of remembrance/honoring.

These worthy acts may have been for the school (IA), services to the church/denomination, community, state, or nation.

Those nominating a candidate for consideration should complete and submit this nomination form.
